Seeing the Absurd in the everyday

This is not a philosophical discussion on absurdism or even a discussion on a higher plane. I’m just narrating from my experience and observations- so this discussion is definitely staying on a lower plane.
I’m advocating for is to try and find the absurd/the ridiculous in an every day occurrence. Just one everyday that makes you chuckle, reduces stress and gives you back a moment of joy. I would caution against seeking to find things to mock or make fun of as that’s easy and soul destroying and not a worthwhile pursuit (in my opinion) of our finite time on earth.
